Thailand WILD nightlife 〜Pattaya〜

  Where is Pattaya?   Pattaya is located about 150km (about 90 miles) south from Bangkok. Pattaya is a seaside city with almost 15km stretch beach (I did not say it is beautiful beach…). You can take either a bus or taxi from the airport in Bangkok.   [TRANSPORTATION PRICE] Bus -- 130 - 180 bahts (US $4-5) (120 min) Taxi -- 1500 - 2000 bahts (US $40-60) (70-90 min) Electric Taxi -- 3000 bahts (US $87) (70-90 min)   All prices will depend on the timing and period you travel. And bus is usually from around 8:00am – 12:00pm. There is no bus going to Pattaya in the afternoon and night time. I usually take taxi from the airport so that they can take me directly to my hotel in Pattaya. When you take the bus, you have to be careful were you are getting off. There is no such thing like a bus stop in the Pattaya city area so you must ask the driver or passengers nearby you so that you won’t miss your spot that you want to get off.  And the bus will not take you to the ex...

  WHAT IS A GOGO BAR?   [A GOGO BAR] is simply a strip club. There is no entrance fee. You can just walk into the bar and sit at where you are escorted to around the stage with a dancing pole where girls are dancing. Once you take a seat waitress will come to ask you a drink (yes you must order at least 1 drink). Below is the average price for the drinks. The price range depends on the time you enter the bar and the rank of the bar.   I believe that [A GOGO BAR] is what makes Pattaya the best city to enjoy WILD nightlife in Thailand. Of course other [BEER BAR], [SOAPY MASSAGE PARLOUR] and other erotic places are great to enjoy. But the king of nightlife is still [A GOGO BAR].  Business of nightlife have slowed down since the Covid but it is recovering rapidly now.
